We're sincerely sorry if you're not happy with your purchase with Nouveau Lashes Canada and we will do everything we can to fix it. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No refunds will be offered on products or training kits. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return postage label free of charge.
Please note if you are a lash artist from another brand and have converted to Nouveau Lashes. Nouveau products are made to work in unison to ensure maximum results. We do not recommend mixing products and other brands.
Cancel up to 15 days before the starting date of class – receive full refund less $250.00
Cancel less than 7 days before the starting date of class – receive 50% of total training fee.
Absence (No Show) No Refund.
Re-schedule fee of $100.00
- Please note Nouveau Lashes Canada is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages on non-trackable items.
- Nouveau Lashes Canada is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
- The shipping costs for orders are non-refundable.
- The client is responsible for choosing there preferred shipping rate.
- By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all the international shipping terms.

- All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
